Light and Reflection on Sunday, 28 September 2025 at 11:00h at Galerie von Opel, St. Moritz.

This closing event offers a final opportunity to experience the luminous abstractions of Arnaldo Ricciardi (b. 1954), the Italian–Swiss painter whose practice is devoted to the resonance of colour, perception, and light. His layered chromatic fields and subtle tonal variations create meditative pictorial spaces that extend beyond the visible, evoking a dialogue between silence and vitality, perception and memory.

Conceived in close dialogue with the gallery’s architecture and the Engadin landscape, Light and Reflection invites viewers to encounter Ricciardi’s distinctive visual language, where colour becomes both material and metaphor.

We warmly welcome you to mark the conclusion of this exhibition and to share a last encounter with Ricciardi’s profound exploration of colour as language.
