    Between July 5 – September 28, 2025, Galerie von Opel is pleased to present an exhibition showcasing works of the Swiss-Italian artist Arnaldo Ricciardi with the title “Light and Reflection”. Curated to match the spatial and architectural context of the gallery and the impressive Engandin mountainside, Ricciardi’s abstract works investigate colour, layering, and spatial perception.

    In the Winter 2024/2025 season, Galerie von Opel, in partnership with Thaddaeus Ropac’s gallery, exhibited the sculptures of Swiss sculptor Hans Josephsohn under the title "A Dialogue with Winter".
     
    Josephsohn’s work is distinguished by its profound engagement with the human form, expressed through a highly personal and tactile approach. His sculptures possess a timeless quality, evoking presence, memory, and the fundamental conditions of human existence.

    Launched and operated by Hansa Aktiengesellschaft since 2024, Galerie von Opel is a contemporary art space located in the centre of St. Moritz  as a platform for artistic exchange. Spanning 360m2 over two floors, the gallery presents exhibitions featuring both emerging and established artists from Switzerland and abroad and is committed to showcasing work that reflects the diversity and depth of contemporary practice. The gallery is open to broad international dialogue, presenting artists and perspectives that engage with global conversations in contemporary art.
